On April 3rd, 2007 a team of 28 students

went to Chitila Center for a cleaning project. They painted the fence around the center, one classroom and washed the rugs.

The cleaning and painting met a great need of the center. For example an employee of the center, who cleans, came and thank the American students for the work they did, for washing all 10 huge rugs, otherwise she should have to.

We were really touched that some of the children got involved in our cleaning project by helping us where need it. We, also, were impressed with the American students for their work and great attitude they put in this project.

The Chitila Center was very grateful for the supplies provided and time and energy the team put it in this project.
